Return to the earth with a full-body mineral ritual inspired by ancient beauty traditions and reimagined through the lens of Good Karma.

The Aztec Earth Ritual combines dry body brushing, a proprietary mineral-rich clay treatment, therapeutic warmth, red light therapy, botanical hydration, and intentional relaxation to create a deeply restorative experience for both skin and body.

Your treatment begins with gentle dry brushing to awaken the skin and prepare the body for the ritual that follows. A freshly prepared Good Karma mineral clay blend is then applied across the body, enveloping the skin in mineral-rich clays and carefully selected botanicals.

Once wrapped in a warm cocoon, you're invited to simply be still.

While the earth works against the skin, your practitioner incorporates a relaxing scalp, neck and shoulder, or foot ritual, allowing the treatment to feel as restorative as it is purposeful.

After the clay is removed with warm towels, the body is exposed to red light therapy, followed by nourishing botanical body oil to leave the skin feeling soft, smooth, replenished, and renewed.

The Good Karma Mineral Blend

At the heart of this ritual is our proprietary mineral body treatment, prepared fresh for each guest.

The blend begins with bentonite clay, a mineral-rich natural clay known for its absorbent properties and long history of use in topical skin treatments.

Rather than relying on a prepackaged commercial mud treatment, the Good Karma blend is thoughtfully prepared specifically for the body ritual and may incorporate complementary cosmetic clays and skin-friendly botanicals selected to support the treatment experience.

The result is an earthy, mineral-rich treatment that feels beautifully primitive and unmistakably Good Karma.

Your Experience

This is not simply a body mask.

It's a ritual of earth, warmth and light.

From the first sweep of the dry brush to the warmth of the mineral cocoon, every stage is intentionally designed to slow the experience down.

Once the mineral blend has been applied, you'll rest comfortably in a warm cocoon while your practitioner performs a relaxing complementary ritual. Warm towels gradually remove the clay before your body transitions from earth to light with red light therapy.

The treatment concludes with botanical body oil worked gently into the skin, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and incredibly soft.

The Red Light Ritual

Following removal of the mineral clay, your skin is exposed to red light using our professional panel positioned alongside the treatment bed.

We intentionally use the red light after the clay has been removed, allowing the light to reach clean, uncovered skin rather than attempting to pass through the mineral treatment.

The experience is non-invasive, requires no downtime, and provides a beautiful transition between the earthy mineral portion of the ritual and your finishing hydration.

Recommended Frequency

  • Recent aggressive body exfoliation, chemical peel, or laser treatment in the treatment area
  • Conditions where heat exposure has been medically restricted
  • Known photosensitivity or use of medications that significantly increase photosensitivity when red light therapy is contraindicated
  • Other conditions that may make body treatments, heat, or light therapy inappropriate

  Please notify your practitioner of medications, recent procedures, skin conditions, pregnancy, or relevant medical concerns before treatment.

  Your practitioner may modify the ritual, omit individual components, or request medical clearance when appropriate.

  A Note About Our Mineral Ritual

  The Aztec Earth Ritual is a cosmetic wellness treatment intended to support the appearance and feel of the skin and provide a restorative body-care experience.

  We intentionally don't market this ritual with claims about “pulling toxins from the body” or medically “detoxifying” you.

  Your liver and kidneys already have that job.

  We have clay, candlelight, red light, warm towels and 75 minutes where nobody is allowed to bother you.

  Frankly, I think our offer sounds better anyway. 😂
